U.S. water ski athlete Chad Scott (Covington, La.) won the third event of the 2012 Nautique Big Dawg World Tour, presented by O'Brien, on Sunday in Cypress, Texas. Scott defeated fellow U.S. athlete Jay Leach in the head-to-head finale.
